Payments Restore, Renew, Connect ( LLC) are non-refundable due to the contractual obligations we have with the resort, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. Please make sure you plan to attend before submitting payment.

Please NOTE: Travel insurance will be added to your reservation to protect your investment. It is your responsibility to fully read and understand what the travel insurance covers. Please see the travel insurance section above.

Your initial deposit will be processed after the submission of your reservation form. All other payments can be made via one of the methods below:

You will be responsible for obtaining your own airfare.

You will need to provide us with your airfare information to arrange pick up.

This will need to be given to us no later than 30 days before departure. (Guaranteed shuttle not available less than 30 days.)

Passports are REQUIRED. Please make sure to review your passport rules for travel to Panama.

Please be sure to check COVID Vaccination Requirements. Refunds will not be available for canceled trip due to non entry into Panama.)
